Double
A double word is a datatype usually holding values 2 words long. Often, in industrial automation, this is represented by 32 bits of data. Usually abbreviated as Double or DWORD. A double can sometimes also be a double precision float, that is, a float with ~15 decimal digits of precision. The context of use is important.
